GetPlus helps to grow partners business by being alternative customers acquisition channel for partners and retaining customers to remain loyal. This role acts as the focal point between GetPlus and the partners that is in charge in day-to-day basis. Executive will be the frontline in communications with partners and project tasks coordination with internal. Executive will report to and support the Partner Success Manager which together under the Partner Success Department will be responsible for generating revenue and achieving profitability through a mutual success with the partners.

Areas that the executive will be in charge are:

  • Partner Success day-to-day: engage with partner in daily communications through written and verbal includes the ability to identify partner’s needs and have confidence in asserting intentions and positioning themselves equally with the partner,
  • Partner On-Boarding: support Business Development team in ensuring the smooth on-boarding process of the new joining partner,
  • Outlet Implementation: lead technical and operational team in establishing GetPlus existence in partner’s outlets which consists of technical setup, branding visibilities, and outlets team training,
  • Marketing Planning and Implementation: closely work with partner marketing team in developing marketing plan and support the event team during the on-ground partner-related activity,
  • Business Review: work closely with Data Analyst in providing the business report to partner. Executive has to be comfortable with data as he/she will be expected to support Partner Success Manager in identifying issues,
  • Business Administrative: closely work with finance, operational, and data team in invoicing, payment monitoring, and any administration requirements related to partners.


  • Bachelor Degree in business management, marketing, or related field; or equivalent practical experience,
  • Possess 2-3 years of partnership, account management,
  • Possess at least intermediate English proficiency
  • Highly adaptive to new things and willing to involve themselves in various working conditions,
  • Comfortable in partners/clients engagement, and confident in taking lead when meeting with partner,
  • Comfortable with data and possess a basic math logic.
