GetPlus Counter at Grand Indonesia is Back with New Normal Health Protocols
As Grand Indonesia mall begin to reopen, GetPlus counter is back and ready to serve members and public in general with a number of #NewNormal health protocols. We have your safety and comfort in mind, and here are some steps that we took to accommodate your needs while you’re in GetPlus counter.
Our staff will be equipped with mask, jacket, and face shield. This equipment must always be used and will be replaced every day.
We ensure that our staff work in a healthy condition and have passed the body temperature checks (with the normal standard of < 37.3oC)
We regularly spray disinfectant at our Lounge especially for objects that comes in direct contact with members and staff.
As required, hand sanitiser will always be provided atLounge to ensure the cleanliness of everyone in the lounge area
Our lounge is equipped with queue line for your convenience in maintaining the distance when you’re waiting in line. Our staff will also keep a safe distance at least 1.5 meters.
We use contactless service to serve you. Special facilities are available at Lounge for each service activity.
